 Neck Pain : There are 6 general Neck exercises which you may effortlessly do in workplace to save you Neck Pain due to long hour sitting in the front of computer.

1• Neck Flexion: Bend your neck ahead in order that it touches your upper chest, Hold it for five seconds and release.
2• Neck Extension: Bend your neck Backwards and look upwards towards ceiling, Hold it for five seconds and release
Now repeat the above Neck Exercises for 10 times
3• Neck Side Flexion Left Side: Bend your neck sideways in order that your left Ears touches your left shoulder
4• Neck Side Flexion Right Side: Bend your neck sideways in order that your right Ears touches your right shoulder
Now repeat the above Neck Exercises for 10 times
5• Neck Rotation Left Side: Neck in straight position, looking forward, Now rotate your neck to the left side and look on the left side
6• Neck Rotation Right Side: Neck in straight position, looking forward, Now rotate your neck to the right side and look on the right side.

Now repeat the above Neck Exercises for 10 times
